It is not so much about PR as it is about what I call the amazon effect. Whereby I have such diverse content due to my 90,000+ pages on many topics plus litereally hundreds of thousands of inbound links to all sorts of different pages, mostly unreciprocated because people reference articles, or threads here or tools etc so yes it is because my site is powerful but not because of PR 8 status, Im sure if I was PR 6 it would be the same thing

David, thank you for gratiously offering a link however I think you missed the meaning of the part about relevance, and in the initial post "We are exchanging links with web design, web hosting, programming, SEO, internet marketing and webmaster related sites only."
We are very conscious of relevance and topic specificity and sadly a real estate site has nothing to do with a hosting site so link exchange doesnt really have that much of a benefit.

I do however have another real estate site (Aside from the 11 that already link to both your sites) it is online but not ready for public eye yet, if you PM me I'll hook you up with details
