which will turn rss feeds into html in my pages?
So if I sign up for rss feed,then it will be placed on my page and will be html.
for content.

There's ONE tool, it's called Magpie. Ignore the rest.

It runs on your site, uses PHP, caching etc.

I found this php class for RSS Feeds was fairly easy to set up and customize.
